Rock Star Mums is a mummy-generated blog that seeks to provide a place of hope, purpose, and strength to mothers who are seeking support while raising children in single-parent homes. Sometimes, life throws these things at us that we just weren’t prepared for, and while every one of us would occasionally like to just crumble to our knees in tears wishing that it was all just a nightmare. Unfortunately, it usually doesn’t work that way.
Just as it may be comforting for you to read about and discover that there are many mothers just like you out there, I too find it comforting, and many times therapeutic, to share what I’ve gained from this experience and hopefully be able to help someone else in return.
Of course, in case you are wondering, “mum” is how we spell “mom” somewhere else in the world. This isn’t a blog about mummies from ancient Egypt! It is simply about mothers battling it out and making the best of whatever they have for their children, and themselves.
